Meet CM: CM is sociable, creative and a thoughtful person who loves arts and crafts, reading, crochet and finding joy in life’s quieter moments. CM is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Female Personal Assistant to become a valued part of her support team and help her maintain her independence and wellbeing.
About the role: This is a role that’s much more than practical support. It’s about building a positive working relationship, providing encouragement and supporting her with the things that matter the most. At the moment, CM is looking for support with day-to-day tasks, meal preparation, personal assistance, and maintaining her well-being. She would particularly value someone who can help with preparing meals that meet her dietary needs, while providing companionship and practical support during the week.
How you’ll support CM:
- Meal planning and food preparation
- Preparing meals suitable to dietary requirements
- Light household tasks
- Personal care including assistance with showering
- Planning and organising daily routines
- Providing companionship, encouragement and emotional support

Location, hours and rate of pay:
