We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. We are seeking candidates whose excellent communication skills make them stand out from the crowd. The right candidate must be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and excellent IT skills.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.
Do you have good technical knowledge of vehicle parts? Are you confident upselling or advising on related or alternative parts when appropriate? Have you previously identified vehicle parts using VIN numbers or electronic parts catalogues (e.g. Autocat)?

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
