We are seeking a meticulous Laundry Assistant to join our team at a store in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all linens and clothing are cleaned, pressed, and neatly stored to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within a new to industry site at Woodlands Road that serves the public between 9am and 5.30pm Mon to Sunday , the store also provides machines for self service laundry too
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press hotel linens and guests' clothing
- Inspect items for stains or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area and equipment
- Organise and stock clean linens
