About the Role
We're investing in the future of our People Services function and are looking for a skilled and analytical HR Workforce Analyst to help shape workforce decision-making through high-quality data, reporting and insight.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing workforce intelligence that supports operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with People Services colleagues, managers and project teams, you will turn workforce data into meaningful insight that drives improvement and supports organisational priorities.
You’ll be responsible for
- Producing workforce reports, dashboards and management information for senior leaders and managers.
- Analysing trends relating to attendance, recruitment, employee relations, turnover and workforce performance.
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and transformation projects through data analysis and modelling.
- Developing meaningful workforce metrics and performance indicators.
- Improving data quality, reporting processes and workforce information systems.
- Producing evidence-based insights and recommendations to support business decisions and service improvement initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of People Services activities including workforce planning, attendance management, recruitment, pay and reward, employee engagement and organisational change.
What You Will Bring
You’ll be a highly organised and analytical individual with experience of working with workforce data, management information and reporting tools.
You will be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and presenting complex information in a clear and meaningful way to a range of stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, working towards Level 5, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience producing, analysing and interpreting workforce data and management information.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using HR systems, databases and reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate workforce information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
