A Glasgow based housing association is seeking a dedicated Rent Officer to join their Tenancy Services Team for a temporary period of around 3 months.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring effective rent collection and arrears management.
Your commitment to customer service and compliance with housing regulations will help deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in rent collection and arrears management.
- Ensure efficient delivery of rent management services.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide support and advice to tenants.
- Assist in the preparation of legal notices and court actions when necessary.
- Support tenancy sustainment initiatives and engage with tenants to address their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of housing regulations and best practices is preferred.
Education Requirements
