What you need to know:
- Hours: Part time 12 – 20 hours and full time 35 hours per week worked over 5 out of 7 days. Depending on the venue, our earliest shift starts at 5.45am and latest finishes at 10.30pm (Monday to Friday) and weekends operate from 8am with closing at 8pm. Rotas typically work on a 3 rolling week rotation, so you'll know what hours you are working in advance.

- Pay Details: The salary listed is based on a full-time role. If you're applying for a part-time position, your pay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The hourly rate is £14.37 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Supporting reception operations, including bookings, admissions, and customer enquiries.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Assisting with the set-up and dismantling of equipment for activities, programmes, and events.
- Assisting with fire evacuation procedures and helping to maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Supporting daily operational routines to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
- Complete all required training and maintain relevant qualifications.
- Contributing to a positive experience that helps communities stay active and engaged through Glasgow Life services.
