Are you a confident Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing business based in Kinning Park. With an expanding customer portfolio, this is a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth.
We are keen to speak with customer focused Credit Controllers who take pride in building strong relationships and consistently go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is initially a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities
- Managing bank allocations and processing client payments
- Issuing payment reminders and chasing overdue debts
- Handling queries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service
- Liaising with property managers and solicitors in relation to property sales
- Managing Direct Debit collections and online card payments
- Preparing fund collection reports and overseeing contractor invoices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in credit control, with a strong track record of debt recovery
- A confident, proactive approach to managing customer accounts
- Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Experience with RPM systems would be advantageous
