A Day in the Life at The Collector’s Hall

As a Meeting & Events Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that brings every event to life – from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations. Your day might include:

  • Preparing event spaces for conferences, banquets, and private functions
  • Setting up tables and service stations with precision and care
  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Serving food, drinks, and refreshments throughout the event
  • Ensuring smooth service, anticipating guest needs, and responding promptly
  • Supporting event transitions – from breakout sessions to dinner service
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all function areas
  • Working closely with the Kitchen team to deliver a flawless experience
  • Supporting setup and breakdown before and after events

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or banqueting is a plus – but not essential
  • A proactive, professional attitude and genuine passion for service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
