We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a high-end hospitality venue located in Glasgow city centre.

This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position offering stability, career progression, and a brilliant working environment.

The successful Chef de Partie will receive a starting salary of £35k, plus amazing tronc payments and a range of additional non-financial benefits.

  • Assist the senior kitchen leadership team in delivering smooth and efficient kitchen operations, following direction and maintaining excellent food safety standards at all times.
  • Run assigned sections during service and gain experience across multiple areas of the kitchen through regular rotation.
  • Apply sound knowledge of ingredients, food preparation methods, and food hygiene requirements.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality food and first-class customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a flexible, enthusiastic attitude and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation and reliability while thriving in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality kitchen, operating around rosette level as a minimum.
  • SVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent practical kitchen experience is evident.
  • Passionate about food, quality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-first attitude.
