Case Assistants to help deliver the efficient administration and processing of

security clearance applications. This is a friendly, structured role with training provided-ideal if you're looking for a clear path into a responsible, customer-focused operation.

What you'll be doing:

* Working as part of a team to carry out

full reviews of vetting applications, including identity verification and information checks

*

Responding to enquiries and obtaining additional information from vetting subjects, sponsors, and other stakeholders via

email and telephone

sensitive customer information securely and confidentially at all times

*

* Delivering a

high-quality, customer-focused service while learning and applying the

end-to-end vetting process

* Supporting colleagues and applications through appropriate actions and interventions

* Moving between different administrative duties as required to meet business needs

* Making

impartial, well-reasoned decisions in line with process requirements

* Working at pace to

meet targets without compromising quality

What you'll bring:

Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality-first mindset

* Confidence working

independently and collaboratively within a team

Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)

* Clear

verbal and written communication skills, with an organised, professional approach

* Ability to handle sensitive information securely and consistently

* Experience using

bespoke IT systems is advantageous

* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure
