Your new role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day dispatch function, ensuring goods are planned, processed and distributed efficiently. Responsibilities will include setting up and planning loads for dispatch, preparing shipping and customs documentation, booking transport through internal systems, liaising with hauliers and drivers, and communicating any issues to the traffic team. You will also provide general administrative support while ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within a warehousing, logistics or transport environment would be advantageous, along with confidence using Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Full training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
