Assistant Aftersales Manager in Glasgow

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You'll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs. You'll be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You'll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

Do you have the desire to drive the standard in customer care? Do you have 5 years previous experience within a Service department? Have you had team leadership experience, and have a proven track record?

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
