Your new role
As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Duties will include:
- Managing diaries, meetings, and scheduling requirements
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining professional documentation and reports
- Monitoring shared inboxes and handling correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting client onboarding and compliance-related administration
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Providing general administrative and operational support as required
This is an initial temporary assignment with a genuine opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
The role is based in Glasgow, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.
- What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Administration, Office Administrator, Team Administrator, or Operations Administrator role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, investments, compliance, or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous
