This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance engineer looking for a flexible part-time role within a busy working environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, helping to ensure our machinery, systems and facilities remain safe, reliable and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain machinery, equipment and site services.
- Identify potential problems and carry out preventative repairs.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Work closely with the wider team to minimise equipment downtime.
- Follow all relevant health & safety procedures.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have
- Previous experience as an electrical/mechanical maintenance engineer.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
The hours of work are 6.00am - 2.00pm, however there can be some flexibility with this.
