We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated General Site Labourer to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with the delivery, installation, erection, refurbishment, and dismantling of portable buildings, modular buildings, and portacabins across a variety of customer sites.
This is a hands‑on role that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work safely on construction sites, and a willingness to travel as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of portable buildings, materials, and equipment.
- Support the installation, positioning, levelling, and assembly of modular buildings and portacabins.
- Prepare work areas and construction sites before installation begins.
- Assist skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and fitters.
- Carry out general labouring duties including lifting, carrying, cleaning, and site maintenance.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow site instructions and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with refurbishment and dismantling of portable buildings when required.
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and site regulations.
- Wear the appropriate PPE at all times and report any hazards immediately.
- Previous experience in construction or general labouring.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Overtime and weekend work available where required.
Travel to sites throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
