A lovely family based in Notting Hill, London, is seeking an experienced Full-time Nanny to care for their 11-week-old baby.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of childcare experience, with a strong background in newborn care, and will speak fluent English.

Speaking French would be a bonus.

The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, and nurturing who is confident providing both sole-charge and shared care.

As the mother owns her own business and will be making a staggered return to work from September, the nanny will play an important role in supporting the family's daily routine.

Someone who lives locally would be highly desirable to ensure reliability.

The nanny will be responsible for all general childcare duties, while also assisting with light housekeeping and mother's help tasks related to the baby.

Batch cooking for the family would be a welcomed bonus.

There may also be opportunities to travel with the family to the United States as the family's business expands.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, for a total of 50 hours per week, plus babysitting twice a week.

Duties include

  • providing exceptional care for an 11-week-old baby
  • supporting both sole-charge and shared-care arrangements
  • ensuring the baby's safety, well-being, and development
  • following and maintaining consistent feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
  • supporting the baby's early development through age-appropriate interaction
  • carrying out all childcare-related laundry and housekeeping duties
  • keeping the kitchen and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
  • assisting with light mother's help duties
  • preparing batch-cooked meals for the family, if required
  • creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment
  • accompanying the family on future travel to the United States, if required
