We are currently seeking experienced, caring, and patient Complex Care Assistants who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives. This role is a full-time (minimum 36 hours per week) day shift supported living/domiciliary care based in the HU3 area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, continence care, mobility support, and assisted feeding where required
  • Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies
  • Delivering care in line with individualised support plans
  • Supporting clients to maintain their daily routines and independence
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
  • Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
