An exciting opportunity has arisen within the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) East of England Research Delivery Network (RDN). We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the Agile Research Delivery Team in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region based at Victoria House, Fulbourn.
The role involves leading a regionally based, flexibly deployed team of multi professionals to deliver NIHR RDN Portfolio studies in varied health and care settings across all therapeutic areas. It will involve working alongside different professions from multiple organisations and will be an integral part of the Agile Research Delivery Team.

- Motivate and inspire teams by being a visible leader and acting as a role model.
- Provide management of local feasibility assessments for studies, including identifying potential sites/investigators that could conduct the study.
- Work closely with the stakeholders and senior leaders across settings to ensure effective and efficient deployment of Agile Research Delivery Team.
- Provide all line management duties and performance related activities for direct reports.
- Lead on the contractual arrangements for research delivery staff deployed across NHS and wider health and care settings.
- Be responsible for the management of multiple diverse research project information systems and complex clinical research data ensuring this is of a high quality and provided in a timely manner.
- You will be able to communicate confidently in tasks such as public speaking, influencing, relationship management, project management and will have good presentation skills.
