We're now looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team and help deliver the Steamhouse experience.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing our signature filled bagels and serving specialty coffee to creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role is all about energy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on quality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
    • Serve guests confidently at both table and counter service
    • Help customers with product recommendations and menu knowledge
    • Ensure every customer has a positive experience
  • Food & Beverage Preparation
    • Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards
    • Ensure all food and drinks are presented to high quality standards
    • Support food prep and service readiness throughout the day
    • Process customer orders accurately using the till system
    • Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally
    • Clear tables and maintain a clean customer environment
  • Teamwork & Operations
    • Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams
    • Support different areas of the business when required
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
