Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments across air, sea and road.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
- Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and clients.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues during transit.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
Experience & Skills Required
- Must have previous freight forwarding experience - 100% essential.
- Strong familiarity with customs procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy operational environment.
