Come and join a supportive and welcoming Children & Families team in Fraserburgh, where you will make a meaningful difference to children, young people and families.
Within our team we have 2 Team Managers, 2 Senior Practitioners, 11 Social Workers, 9 Family Support Workers and 2 Children’s Support Co-ordinators.
You will be part of a collaborative team with a strong ethos of supporting one another, alongside regular supervision and gaining a wide variety of experience, knowledge and skills.
The role offers a varied and rewarding workload across child protection, looked-after children, and early intervention, working closely with multi‑agency partners, permanence and Children with disabilities.
We actively encourage learning and development, with opportunities to contribute to service improvement and to progress your career within Children’s Services.

Requirements
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
