Housing Manager on behalf of our client to lead their Housing Management team and help deliver excellent services to their customers and communities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Senior Housing Officer, Housing Team Leader or aspiring Housing Manager who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. If you're passionate about customer service, developing people and improving services, this role may be the one for you.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of housing management services, including tenancy management, allocations, income collection, estate management, anti-social behaviour and tenancy sustainment.
You'll ensure services are customer-focused, compliant and continuously improving while supporting the delivery of our wider organisational objectives.
What you'll bring
You'll have
- At least three years' experience working within a Registered Social Landlord or housing-related organisation.
- Strong knowledge of housing management, housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading or supervising a team and delivering excellent customer services.
- Experience using performance information and KPIs to improve services.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience working with tenants and partner organisations.
- A full UK driving licence.
A housing qualification (CIH Level 5 or above), Chartered Institute of Housing membership and experience of governance or regulatory reporting would be an advantage.
