Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Dozer Drivers to work with some of our valued clients in Forres and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.

Duties to include:

  • Operate the bulldozer safely to clear, excavate, push, spread, and grade soil, rock, vegetation, and debris.
  • Prepare and level sites for roads, foundations, drainage systems, and other construction work.
  • Follow site plans, grade stakes, GPS controls, and instructions from supervisors or ground crews.
  • Inspect the machine daily, checking fluids, tracks, blades, controls, safety systems, and visible damage.
  • Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning, greasing, topping up fluids, and reporting mechanical faults.
  • Work around utilities and hazards while maintaining safe distances from workers, vehicles, structures, and excavations.
  • Coordinate with the crew using radios, hand signals, and established site procedures.
  • Complete equipment logs, inspection sheets, and records of work performed.
  • Load, unload, or secure equipment for transport when qualified and required.

  • NPORS/CPCS Card required
  • Full PPE

Location and hours:

  • Forres
  • Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00
  • NO ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED

Payment:

  • CIS, PAYE and UMBRELLA
  • Weekly payment
