We're looking for a Part-Time Food Service Assistant to join us in Edinburgh, where you'llplay an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for ourcustomers.
Inthis role, you'll support the Restaurant Supervisor in delivering the higheststandards of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service, ensuringeverything meets company standards and contract requirements.

What you'll do
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with company, client and statutory procedures.
- Support food preparation, presentation and service, ensuring dietary requirements and allergen procedures are followed.
- Serve food and beverages, including barista-made coffees, while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with service setup, replenishment of stock, clearing, cleaning and maintaining catering areas to agreed standards.
- Support daily operations including till duties, cash handling, stock checks and special functions when required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, complete training, follow company policies and support wider team needs as required.
What you bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Previous food handling experience, ideally within a food service, catering or hospitality environment.
- Ability to follow health & safety procedures and maintain high standards of compliance.
- High standards of personal hygiene, appearance and attention to detail.
- Basic food hygiene certification and experience working in a standards-driven environment are desirable.
