We are recruiting for a proactive and customer focused
Service Sales Executive to develop existing accounts and generate new service sales opportunities. The role combines sales, account management and customer service, with a focus on service contracts, maintenance solutions and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell service contracts, service visits and engineer callouts.
- Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups from initial contact through to quotation and order.
- Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and contract renewals.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, monitoring opportunities through to conversion.
- Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Work with the wider sales team on repair, replacement and service opportunities.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, commercially aware and results focused.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident dealing with customers and following up sales opportunities.
