The Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust invites applications for a Band 6 Care Coordinator Registered Mental Health Nurse to cover the South Kent Coast Locality within the East Kent Early Intervention in Psychosis service (EIP).

You will manage a caseload of people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, work with service users, families and colleagues to identify goals, and deliver recovery plans aligned with NICE guidance to maximise engagement and recovery.
