The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced
FLT & Scissor Lift Operative to join their team in Middlesbrough on an ongoing basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous stores and warehouse experience who is confident working with stock, operating FLT equipment and working at height.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and organising stock within the stores
- Carrying out regular
stock checks and cycle counting
- Receiving, checking and putting away stock
- Picking and preparing materials as required
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Using computer systems to record and manage stockli>
- Operating FLT and access equipment safely
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient stores area
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience working within a
stores/warehouse environment
- Good knowledge of
stores processes and cycle counting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of health and safety
Licences Required
Candidates
must hold valid licences/certification for:
- Counterbalance FLT
- HLOP (High Level Order Picker)
- Scissor Lift
You must also be
comfortable working at heights.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
