Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Service is looking for a PA to support a 17-year-old with a learning disability and recent stroke. You will assist with personal care, feeding and physiotherapy, and help with daily tasks and activities in the community.
The role is 8 hours per week at £13.00 per hour, with training provided. Applicants must have UK work permission; previous SEN experience is preferred. Flexible schedule and supportive team environment.
