We are seeking a compassionate and motivated nurse to join our bank who has experience of working in a community nursing service and would be interested in supporting the community nursing service when required. Please kindly note the role is based at Fleet Community Hospital.

This post involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own home or in a clinic setting, offering variety and autonomy in your daily practice. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care, supporting patients with a range of conditions, including wound care, diabetic management, catheter care, and palliative care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, accessing specialist support as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This bank role will require you to attend Corporate and Bank Induction and up to 1.5 days of face-to-face training (depending on experience).

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Diploma or BSc in Nursing
  • Experience of person-centred care and care planning
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a vehicle
