We are looking for a Fleet & Logistics Manager to join our Head Office in Bognor Regis. You will be an experienced Fleet &
Logistics Manager to oversee the management and compliance of over 550 fleet vehicles including courtesy cars. You will also will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in vehicle movement across our 38 locations in the UK, optimising resource allocation, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

This role will include, but is not limited to
- Oversee the logistics of vehicle movements within Halo, including incoming vehicles for repair, outgoing vehicles after repair completion, and transfers between Halo sites.
- Develop and implement transport plans, routing strategies and fleet initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs and supports our growth.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained and compliant with fleet, DVSA and safety regulations.
- Manage the allocation, utilisation and availability of courtesy vehicles to maximise customer satisfaction and fleet performance.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, MOTs and driver compliance to ensure the fleet remains safe, legal and operational.
- Analyse fleet performance, utilisation, maintenance trends and operating costs, introducing KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Operational, Claims, Regional and Site Management teams, ensuring vehicle availability supports repair capacity and customer commitments.
- Manage supplier relationships, including leasing providers, maintenance partners and transport contractors, delivering value and service excellence.
What are we looking for?
- CPC licence
- Strong knowledge of DVSA regulations and road transport legislation.
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards governing vehicle transportation.
