Would you like the opportunity to work amongst the beautiful surroundings of the Chatsworth Estate? If you’re a professional Fitness Instructor & Lifeguard looking for work around your other commitments, we have just the opportunity for you based within the private Chatsworth Health Club. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor & Lifeguard to join our team.

Chatsworth Health Club has a small but well-equipped gym, sauna facilities, 15m x 8m swimming pool and tennis court. This is a dual-role position requiring a passion for health, fitness, and water safety, alongside a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. You will support members on the gym floor, deliver safe and effective fitness sessions, and ensure the swimming pool area is supervised to the highest safety standards.

Suitable candidates will have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent, a valid National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ/RLSS) & First Aid at Work certificate. However, candidates who do not already hold this must be willing to undertake and successfully achieve these qualifications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently are also required.

This is a casual role, meaning hours are on an as and when required basis covering shifts from 6.15am to 9.15pm Monday to Friday or 7.45am to 1.45pm on a weekend / bank holiday.
