Exciting opportunity to join an established, ambitious and growing Fire & Security company based in SE London. Due to their continued growth, CBW are currently recruiting for a Fire & Security Project Manager. The successful candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time managing projects on site and 30% in the Head office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000, Company car or 5k allowance, further training and career progression. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of multiple commercial Fire & Security projects from handover through to completion, acting as the key point of contact for our clients, engineers and subcontractors.
  • Managing multiple Fire & Security projects simultaneously.
  • Planning and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.
  • Carrying out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress and programme.
  • Attending client meetings and site progress meetings.
  • Managing project costs, variations and commercial performance.
  • Producing project programmes and monitoring key milestones.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Working closely with our office team to ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Supporting quotations, project handovers and final account completion.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing commercial Fire & Security projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to make decisions.
  • Experience working in commercial & residential properties.
