The Fire Safety Trainer role at Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is to design, deliver and oversee fire safety training across the organisation, ensuring staff understand evacuation procedures and compliance with HTM 05-01 guidance and the Health & Safety at Work Act.
You will visit multiple Trust sites, deliver engaging sessions, record attendance, analyse feedback, and work with ward managers to maintain up-to-date training content and realistic drills.
