Role Responsibilities

  • Carrying out patch plastering, boarding, and drywall repairs across new build plots.
  • Making good around recently installed fixtures, fittings, electrical sockets, and pipework.
  • Filling, sanding, and preparing surfaces to ensure seamless transitions for decorators.
  • Addressing internal snagging items efficiently to meet site handover deadlines.
  • Keeping working areas clean, tidy, and organised to prevent damage to finished surfaces.

What You Need

  • Proven experience in patch plastering, dry lining repair, or multi-trade finishing on residential sites.
  • Own hand tools, plastering kit, and full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel toe cap boots).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and easy to commute to sites around the Hull area.

We are currently recruiting a skilled patch plasterer / finisher for a short-term contract on a busy new build housing site in the Hull area.

This role focuses on resolving snagging lists and making good on internal walls and ceilings prior to house completions and buyer handovers.

If you have an excellent eye for detail and take pride in delivering a smooth, high-quality finish, this is an ideal short-term opportunity.
