Overview of the role: West Court Retreat offers a refined, tranquil dining experience rooted in calm luxury and personalised hospitality. We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, elevate guest service, and lead the front-of-house team with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.
What You'll Do:
- Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, polished, and intuitive service aligned with the retreat's serene ambiance
- Anticipate guest needs and manage enquiries with discretion and care
- Support personalised dining experiences, including dietary needs and special occasions
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring front-of-house staff
- Lead by example with calm, confident, guest-focused leadership
