We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our busy Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, providing high-quality administrative support, and contributing to the smooth operation of financial processes across the College. As a Finance Assistant, you will support a range of finance activities including processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong numerical and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a Finance-related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience of working in a finance, accounts, or administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent), or a willingness to achieve these qualifications through the College.
  • Experience of using finance systems and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
