What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting customer sites to diagnose, maintain and repair Canon MFP equipment
- Using advanced smart diagnostic tools to identify issues before you even arrive
- Delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships
- Working independently with strong team support behind you
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports
What We’re Looking For
- Solid electrical & mechanical understanding
- Basic IT knowledge (networks, connectivity, devices)
- A logical, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team
- No direct industry experience? No problem — full manufacturer training is provided.
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset
