About Boston House: Boston House provides slow stream Neuro Rehabilitation for 17 adults who have complex needs following a brain injury. You will work in conjunction with a Neuro-Therapy Team assisting the people we support with their ongoing rehabilitation goals.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
- Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
- Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
- Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
- Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
