The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 10 days on call rota system and additional pay for on-call shifts at a set amount.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
This includes ensuring robust and effective systems are in place to monitor all aspects of the service, from safeguarding to quality of care, financial performance, incidents, complaints, and regulatory compliance.
You will lead by example, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.
A key part of your role will be supporting and developing your team, ensuring that all staff deliver consistent, high-quality care and build meaningful, positive relationships with young people.
