Duties and responsibilities include supporting our F&B managers to ensure that Burr and Co is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout, dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training new starts, and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager.
To succeed as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Experience developing and coaching team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
- A passion for providing luxury experiences, going above and beyond to personalise our Guests' stay and provide local wisdom to enhance their experience.
- The ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus.
