We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead and manage one of our client's bustling automotive centres in Blackpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth, oversee daily operations, and lead a dedicated team within a fast-paced retail environment. Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Managing the daily operations of the centre to optimise efficiency and productivity
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of workshop technicians and customer service staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures
- Overseeing stock management, including delivery, storage, and audits
- Upholding high standards of customer service and fostering a positive customer experience
- Maintaining equipment, machinery, and scheduling safety checks and servicing
- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximise centre revenue
- Securing premises, stock, assets, and customer data
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or in a similar automotive management position
- Demonstrable success in sales and delivering excellent customer service within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the automotive industry
- Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
- Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure
