We are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to lead a brand-new, OFSTED-registered nursery in Farnworth, Bolton.
This role is perfect for someone highly motivated and enthusiastic, who can work closely with Directors to guide staff and deliver a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
You will build strong partnerships with parents and remain focused on delivering exceptional childcare standards.
As a confident leader, you'll inspire your team and support children through their early learning journey, helping them grow, develop and thrive.
- Delivering excellent care and education to the children;
- Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of the children in your care;
- Working alongside a team of fun practitioners to create an engaging environment enabling children to reach their full potential;
- Planning, providing and supporting age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care.
