Duties as Receptionist
- Greeting visitors and managing reception enquiries
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Managing visitor sign-in and safeguarding procedures
- Responding to email enquiries and general correspondence
- Providing administrative support to school departments
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting attendance and student services where required
- Assisting with general office duties and school events
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work professionally in a busy environment
- Friendly, approachable, and adaptable manner
- Experience working within a school environment is desirable
