Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham, Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced solderers.

As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using Through-hole and fine soldering.

Duties for the Solderer

  • Following technical drawings and solderer to required.
  • Soldering to IPC standards.
  • Soldering small components to PCBs.
  • Soldering with a microscope at times.
  • To be a successful Solderer you must
  • PCB soldering experience
  • Be able to understand technical drawings
  • Solder to good standards
  • Good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • For the successful Solderer, you will
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Friendly work environment
  • The working hours are
  • Monday to Thursday 7.30-16.30 and early finish on Fridays 12:30pm
  • Paying between £12.71 - £13 Per Hour (depending on experience)
