We're looking for an Early Years Deputy Manager to join our team at Happy Days Falmouth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Early Years professional who is ready to build on their leadership experience and help shape the future of a thriving nursery. Working alongside the Early Years Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, supporting outstanding practice, and creating the very best environment for children to learn, grow and flourish.

What you'll be doing

As our Early Years Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the Early Years Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery.

Help lead, inspire and develop a team of Early Years professionals.

Promote high-quality practice in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Build positive partnerships with children, families and the local community.

Support staffing, resources and operational planning.

Drive continuous improvement across the nursery.

Help maintain a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive.

What we're looking for

You’ll bring:

Leadership experience within an Early Years setting

Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills

A positive, approachable leadership style
