C~urb has an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice in Business and Administration to join our Property Maintenance team. The role will be busy and varied to give you the opportunity to develop your core business administration skills and garner a robust knowledge and understanding of Property Maintenance. The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and audit support to C~urb Property Maintenance, including document production, meeting preparation, data reviews and logging.

You will be working primarily with C~urb’s ISO team, that maintain our ISO accreditation for Health & Safety, Quality Management Systems and Environmental; you will also get the chance to work with a wide range of internal teams, allowing you to build a well-rounded skill set.

C~urb will be partnering with Forth Valley College as the training provider for this Modern Apprenticeship, and throughout your apprenticeship, you will work closely with mentorship from the Repairs Supervisors and ISO Systems Officer/Auditor.

This role is subject to Level 1 Disclosure check under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
