C~urb is looking to recruit a graduate apprentice who can contribute to the delivery of a diverse programme of housing across all tenures. Our ambitions are high, targeting approximately 1800 completions over the next five years and have a similarly high expectation of excellence in delivery. We are looking to provide a candidate with an excellent opportunity to train and gain knowledge and experience of the Development Officer role.

You will be involved in the delivery of an extensive development programme through the pre and post contract stages. Link will provide all training both internal and external and you will be assigned a mentor throughout the 2-year traineeship. We offer a broad range of projects across all housing tenures, with a diverse range of client groups/stakeholders and always with a focus on design excellence, inclusiveness and delivering a high-quality product.

By joining C~urb, you will have the opportunity to participate in a high performing team and deliver a range of projects from exciting urban regeneration projects to smaller bespoke projects across a wide geographic location.
