In this role, you’ll help ensure our facilities are spotless, well-maintained and ready for our guests to enjoy from the moment they arrive. By working carefully, efficiently and with attention to detail, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the quality experience our guests expect. Location: Coldingham Bay Holiday Park, Eyemouth, TD14 5NT
What you’ll be doing:
- Cleaning and maintaining the main complex building, including reception, bar and restaurant areas, leisure spaces and communal corridors
- Ensuring all public areas are clean, tidy and presented to a high standard throughout the day
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls
- Carrying out routine and periodic deep cleaning tasks in line with company standards
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising floors and surfaces
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely and responsibly
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with health and safety guidelines
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or hazards within the complex promptly to the appropriate team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (ideally within hospitality or leisure, though not essential as full training will be provided)
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards
- A reliable, hardworking and proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety practices
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to great guest experiences
