Join Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk, dedicated to delivering high-quality chicken products. We are hiring an EV/Offal Room Operative to join our established team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the EV/Offal Room, which includes offal packing, grading, and removal of organs.

Shift Pattern: 4 shifts per week on a 3-week rotating shift pattern: 03:45 – 14:15

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support with the general production of our chicken products, including offal packing, grading, and organ removal.
  • Ensure adherence to Food Safety, Hygiene, and COSHH standards for safe production.
  • Be flexible as duties and responsibilities may change depending on factory needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of work and attention to detail.
  • Basic level of written and verbal English.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in food production is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.

Rate of Pay: £14.63 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
