The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help create a calm, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and inspired to learn through play. Monitor and track children's progress, sharing meaningful updates with parents and colleagues. Support children with daily routines while gently encouraging their confidence and independence.

You do not need a formal Early Years qualification to apply, but you must bring solid, practical experience and a true passion for childcare.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of consistent, solid, full-time work within a UK nursery setting.
  • Strong familiarity with all aspects of the EYFS framework and nursery good practice.
  • Kind, nurturing, reliable, organised, and a fantastic team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
